At Bongards', cheesemaking is a 'round-the-clock job.

In an average year our Perham plant produces millions of pounds of both natural cheese and whey powder. Much of our natural cheese is then converted to a variety of high quality, specialty processed cheese at our Bongards plant.

All of our products are produced in our USDA-approved facilities, which meet or exceed all HACCP standards.
