Chicken Enchilada Totchos

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Toss chicken in enchilada sauce.
  3. Form single layer of tater tots on baking sheet; bake about 20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove from oven; top with enchilada chicken and half the cheese.
  5. Return to oven; bake additional 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven; top with rest of cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
  7. Serve with side of sour cream and additional enchilada sauce.
