Chicken Enchilada Totchos

INGREDIENTS
- 11.57 oz. fully cooked white chicken meat, diced
- 7.23 oz. red enchilada sauce
- 22.13 oz. frozen tater tots
- 11.57 oz. Bongards® Monterey Jack Feather Shred Cheese
- 4.34 oz. shredded lettuce
- 2.17 oz. diced tomatoes
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Toss chicken in enchilada sauce.
- Form single layer of tater tots on baking sheet; bake about 20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven; top with enchilada chicken and half the cheese.
- Return to oven; bake additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven; top with rest of cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- Serve with side of sour cream and additional enchilada sauce.
