Cuban Sando Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 12 oz. smoked ham, diced small
- 8 oz. Bongards® Super Melt™ White American Loaf, shredded
- 8 oz. Bongards® Pasteurized Blended Swiss Slices, rough chopped
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz. mayonnaise
- 6 oz. bread and butter pickles, diced small
- 4 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 oz. yellow mustard
- 3 oz. mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl or stand mixer with paddle attachment, mix cream cheese, mustard, and half parsley together until completely combined.
- Add in the remaining ingredients (except reserved parsley). Mix until fully incorporated.
- Spread mix into baking dish.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Turn oven to broil, broil 3-5 minutes on high or until top of dip starts to brown.
- Remove from oven, garnish with remaining parsley.
- Serving suggestion: Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
