Kimchi Burger

This burger takes taste buds on a journey of savory delight. Served on a warm, griddled bun and finished with a smear of spicy gochujang mayo, each bite is a harmonious blend of rich, tangy, and spicy flavors that come together to create a truly unforgettable culinary experience.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. ground beef
- 3 Tbsp. gochujang mayo (see recipe below)
- 2 oz. kimchi
- 1 brioche bun
- 4 slices Bongards® Pasteurized Blended Provolone Cheese
- Pinch of salt, pepper, granulated garlic seasoning blend
PREPARATION
- Form two 4 oz. beef patties.
- Season patties on each side with seasoning blend.
- Griddle patties on medium-high heat while pressing down to caramelize and crisp the edges (about 3 minutes per side).
- Top each patty with 2 slices of provolone cheese and 1 oz. of kimchi.
- Griddle bun and spread with gochujang mayo.
- Assemble burger.

Gochujang Mayo
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. gochujang paste
PREPARATION
- Add all ingredients to bowl and whisk or stir until well combined.
- Taste for seasoning and add a splash of apple cider vinegar or lemon/lime juice, if desired.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
