Pickled Peppadew Pepper Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. Bongards® Sharp Yellow Cheddar Shred
- 8 oz. Bongards® Super Melt Yellow American Shred or 8 oz. Bongards® Super Melt Yellow American Loaf, shredded
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 oz. mayonnaise
- 14 oz. jar of peppadew peppers, drained and chopped
- 8 oz. roasted red pepper strips, drained and chopped
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Add all ingredients (reserving 1 tsp green onions for garnish) in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Scoop mix into oven safe dish.
- Bake 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven, garnish with reserved green onions.
- Serving suggestion: Serve with toasted bread, crackers, or tortillas.
