Chipotle Chicken Triple Crunch Wrap

This Chipotle Chicken Triple Crunch Wrap explodes with flavor and texture in every bite!   • 2 oz. sour cream
  • 1 oz. chipotle hot sauce
  • 1 XL flour tortilla
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 Tbsp. chipotle seasoning
  • 2 slices Bongards® Pasteurized Blended Yellow Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 oz. refried black beans
  • 1/4 C. roasted corn
  • 2 Tbsp. red onion, diced
  • 1/4 C. lettuce, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp. cilantro, minced
  • 3 mini tostadas
  • 2 Tbsp. neutral oil


  1. Mix together sour cream and chipotle hot sauce, set aside.
  2. Dice chicken breast and season with chipotle seasoning.
  3. Add oil to large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear on all sides until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. In same skillet, add corn and lightly char, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Assemble: XL flour tortilla, 1/3 chicken, 1/3 cheese, 1/3 corn, 1/3 refried black beans, 1/3 red onion, 1/3 cilantro, 1/3 lettuce, and 1 mini tostada on top.  Repeat this 2 more times.
  6. Wrap the XL tortilla around the stack of tostadas and filling.
  7. Carefully griddle entire wrap in a large skillet over medium heat, making sure to melt the cheese.
  8. Serve with chipotle sour cream on side.
