Jalapeno Cheese Dip

Make this cheesy dip the center of attention with Bongards® Jalapeno American Loaf. This cheese will be the favorite addition to the recipe’s beefy short rib, hearty black beans, and delicious cream cheese. So no matter how you use it, this dip is certain to make sales jump!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Lb. short rib – shredded
  • 4 Oz. cream cheese
  • 4 Oz. sour cream
  • 3 Cups Bongards® Jalapeno American Loaf (shredded)
  • 2 Jalapeno chilies (diced)
  • 15 oz. black beans (rinsed)
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp. cumin powder

PREPARATION

  1. Blend all ingredients into a mixing bowl and blend together until homogenized.
  2. Portion amount needed to fill serving portion and microwave until melted, about 2 minutes or less.
  3. Garnish with a few shreds of the melt loaf and jalapenos and serve with chips or items of choice.
