Kimchi Burger

Served on a warm, griddled bun and finished with a smear of spicy gochujang mayo, each bite is a harmonious blend of rich, tangy, and spicy flavors that come together to create a truly unforgettable culinary experience.



  1. Form two 4 oz. beef patties.
  2. Season patties on each side with seasoning blend.
  3. Griddle patties on medium-high heat while pressing down to caramelize and crisp the edges (about 3 minutes per side).
  4. Top each patty with 2 slices of provolone cheese and 1 oz. of kimchi.
  5. Griddle bun and spread with gochujang mayo.
  6. Assemble burger.

Gochujang Mayo

  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. gochujang paste
  1. Add all ingredients to bowl and whisk or stir until well combined.
  2. Taste for seasoning and add a splash of apple cider vinegar or lemon/lime juice, if desired.
  3. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to one week.
