Smoked BLT Sandwich

Try a classic BLT with a twist! This dish features juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce, a smear of smoked black peppercorn mayo, thick slabs of maplewood smoked bacon, and a slice of Bongards® Natural Cheddar and Swiss Cheese. PREPARATION

  1. Cook bacon according to package.
  2. While bacon is cooking, toast the bread slices.
  3. For each sandwich, spread 1 tablespoon of mayo to the bread.
  4. Next add 2 slices of cheese, 1 tomato slice, 1-2 leaves of lettuce, and 2 slices of bacon.
  5. Top off with a toothpick of pickle and cherry tomato if desired.
