Veggie, Mushroom, Swiss Burger Recipe

Bongards® Natural Swiss Cheese keeps your sanity when all you have to eat is a veggie burger. Flexitarian eaters get to satisfy the cravings of a juicy burger with the essentials: melty cheese topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, bacon and a smear of a veggie aioli.


  • 1 Lb. ground beef (or veggie burgers)
  • 6 Bacon strips
  • 2”>Bongards® Natural Swiss Cheese Slices
  • 2 Cps. shredded lettuce
  • 1-2 Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cp. Veggie aioli
  • 4 Sesame seed bun


  1. Form patties from ground meat.
  2. Add patties and bacon to grill or pan. Cook until done.
  3. Add all ingredients to the bun and enjoy!
