Hawaiian Turkey Burger

  1. Prepare turkey patties in advance.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Prepare coleslaw dressing.
  4. Mix pineapple, coleslaw mix, and coleslaw dressing until well combined.  Cover and set aside.
  5. Place turkey patties on sheet pan, bake in oven until fully cooked, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Assemble: Bottom bun, provolone cheese, turkey patty, pineapple slaw, top bun.

Turkey Patties

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 Tbsp. tamari
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully incorporated.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours.
  3. After allowing to set, form into slider patties, about 3 oz. each.

Coleslaw Dressing

  • 3/4 C. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 3/4 tsp. celery seeds
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until fully combined.
  2. Cover and refrigerate.
