Buffalo Chicken Burger

Your students will enjoy the fiery flavor of buffalo wings but want a handheld twist! This Buffalo Chicken Burger recipe features a succulent grilled chicken patty smothered in a tangy buffalo sauce, then cooled down with creamy, melty Bongards® Pasteurized Blended Provolone Cheese. But the real star is the piled-high ranch slaw, adding a creamy crunch to every bite.



  1. Prepare ranch slaw in advance.
  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  3. Add chicken to a sheet pan, bake until fully heated, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Dip in buffalo sauce to coat.
  5. Assemble: Bottom bun, provolone cheese, chicken breast, ranch slaw, top bun.

  • 16 oz. coleslaw mix
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss with tongs or fork to combine.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.  Serve cold.
