California Chicken Burger

INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 oz. pre-cooked chicken breast or chicken patty
- 1/4 tsp. chipotle seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- 1 whole wheat hamburger bun
- 1-2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 oz. fresh guacamole
- 2 slices Bongards® Pasteurized Blended Pepper Jack Cheese
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Season chicken with sprinkle of chipotle seasoning and pinch of salt.
- Place on sheet pan, bake until fully heated, about 15-20 minutes.
- Butter and griddle bun until toasty and golden brown.
- Assemble: Bottom bun, guacamole, chicken breast, pepper jack cheese, top bun.
